Cracker Barrel - Hamilton

The food was as usual good, but the service is kind of sucked. So they 1) when we ordered 2) when they brought the food 3) when they brought the check. Another waitress had to ask for spices and drinks.

Great place for American style tea, dishes are well prepared and servings are generous. Note that the restaurant is sometimes busy, so you might want to call further. During your waiting you will find many Retro and Americana goods for purchase.

We went on a Sunday at 2:00, there was a legit 30 minutes waiting. Free parking on the premises, no question to find parking. As usual, I have penetrated the store and made some purchases, check out this from the Christmas shopping list. Checkout is slow, in all my experience here, the checkout is always so slow. The hostess turned around and moved as fast as possible. She could have helped. Waitress was pleasant, attentive and very busy. I had pancakes and bacon. My darling. The pancakes are quite large, 7 in?, salted butter distributed above, they are not too fluffy, and the butter makes them moist enough to eat alone. But the 2 HAF maple syrup they served with it was hard to pass. Two small bottles were enough for me. Bacon is half crispy, not thick, but also not thin. Husband had the catfish that is always beautiful and crispy and well flavored. We used a mobile checkout, saved me from standing on the line at checkout.

Love is coming! Every time I flee to Jersey, I'm always looking for a cracker barrel. Pancakes were made with so much precision, the crispy edges were LIFE! My personal favorite is the cheese potatoes that don't beat!

We always enjoy our visits to the cracker barrel! Mercedes was awesome and our food came out very fast!
