TIM HORTONS - Hamilton

The service at this restaurant was very disappointing. I arrived at 5:45 expecting to get a coffee before work, but the restaurant was not open yet. According to the website, it should have been open at 5:30am, but it did not open until 6am. I was very disappointed with the lack of service. Additionally, they seemed to only focus on drive-thru customers. I understand that it's a fast food restaurant, but they should have had at least one person working at the front counter.

After leaving a 1-star review, the restaurant replied with a generic response that included a misspelled word. Their lack of attention to detail suggests they are not concerned with offering a satisfying dining experience. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

They certainly know how to make delicious ice Capps at this restaurant.

Don't know how take a order or take responsibility for their mistakes

Very rude staff. gave me wrong order and argued with me. also they ignored people who walked in to the store.
