Seasoned - Hamilton

The food here was subpar and the attitude of the staff was downright rude. Came here for my birthday brunch and received serious attitude over 2 eggs that cost maybe 30 cents each. My husband and son both ordered eggs, my husband extra easy, over-easy (which means extra runny) and my son just regular over-easy. My son?s eggs came out hard cooked. When we politely pointed it out, no offer to rectify was presented. We had to ASK for new eggs for my teen. A short time later, we heard the ?cook? loudly profess, Gordon Ramsey style, that he can?t cook eggs any more runny, obviously assuming it was my husbands eggs that we were referring to. The cook himself then came out with two basically raw eggs for my teen. When we showed him my son?s hard cooked eggs and my husband?s perfectly cooked eggs, he realized his mistake and offered to cook them properly, but it was too late for us. Why would we want a spiteful cook handling any more of our food? How an utterly disgusting way to treat your customers. We were right and you assumed we were wrong and treated us so poorly as a result of your incorrect assumptions. I almost laughed out loud when they offered us the dessert menu. It was a mistake to come here to eat in the first place, so we went elsewhere for my birthday desert. This place did not deserve our business. Not just the food but the experience left us with a bad taste in our mouths.

What a lovely restaurant. We celebrated a birthday (my mother-in-law) with a large family group here. Seasoned was able to accommodate our large party of 16 and meet the dietary restrictions of several of us readily. The food was outstanding. I had the steak fries as an entree and the steak was perfectly prepared and delicious. Fries were crispy and very tasty. We sampled several appetizers and pizzas as well. The arancini were great and both the Margherita and Canadian pizzas were delicious. I barely had room for dessert after but was glad I did. The tiramisu was definitely worth the wait. Thank you to all at Seasoned who created such a wonderful experience for our family. Well worth a visit for an amazing meal.

We have visited Seasoned several times for both lunch and dinner. During our first dinner, three of us ordered a variety of appetizers and main dishes to explore different flavors, and everything was incredible! We've enjoyed dining on the patio and also doing takeout since they reopened after the pandemic. The "Stage 2" menu is creative and well-balanced, making it a fantastic choice for either lunch or dinner. The newly renovated interior is spotless and inviting, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be returning frequently! I'm so pleased to have this new restaurant and dining option so close to my neighborhood!

We had a fantastic dining experience on the patio. The food was outstanding, the cocktails were of high quality, and the service was exceptional. We highly recommend Seasoned—you definitely won't be disappointed!

I’ve lived in Hamilton my whole life and had no idea this restaurant existed, but I’m so glad I discovered it! Our experience dining on the patio was wonderful. We visited on Canada Day, which happened to be rainy, but we were able to stay dry. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. For appetizers, we ordered the Yukon golden fries and Italian meatballs, followed by pasta pomodoro and pork tenderloin for our main courses. The presentation of the dishes was outstanding, and everything tasted amazing. Seasoned is definitely a hidden gem, and we highly recommend it!
