Frequently went to old location. Tried new location. Beautuful building with authentic Mexican decor. Very clean. Limited menu but does include all the usual dishes with daily specials. Vegetarian dishes also available Was a little quiet when we went in but business picked up. Food quality was fresh, tastes and hot, although did take a bit to come out. That's ok, time to enjoy the company you are with :)I'm sure as this new location gets known the same service speed we were used to will follow. Service was friendly and answered any questions we had.Be patient, they are starting back up Definitely will return.

We were doing a family gathering and celebration and thought we'd try the new Mex-i-can located in Hess Village. We had often visited their old location on James St N and loved it. The service was so slow and we had to ask for app plates and dole out the cutlery that was dumped at the end of the table. Drinks were hard to come by and it took 12 minutes from the start of delivery for everyone to get their dinner. The first served waited for the others so the food was cool by the time we all got to eat. When I went to pay the $240 bill I was told that they only took cash and was directed to the ATM machine where the maximum withdrawal was $200 at $3.50 per interact.
