Bidrage med feedbackArrived to pick up an order through Door Dash and the employee (don't know the name) was extremely lazy and refused to bring the order to the McDelivery Window. We waited outside the window (while knocking) for 15 minutes.
I ordered two Big Mac combos, with extra cheese. One with a large fry and a root beer, one with a coke and a normal fry. not a complicated order. The lady taking my order at the first window, cut me off 3 times at the speaker before I could finish my order, to tell me to “drive thru please.” Got to the window, and she had to re-ask me my order, which to my next point- wasn’t even right. I got to the second window after paying at the first and repeating my order for a second time- and the lady hands me two iced teas. I tell her I didn’t order them, and she proceeds to apologize and tell me “oh don’t worry the food is right! But I mixed up your drinks, and then tries to tell me she can’t take them back because of COVID. ....Okay, I get the rules now and everything. But I don’t have four cup holders in my car, and I don’t want the free drinks you screwed up and handed me before telling me what they are.. just give me mine. Hungry and now even more frustrated, I leave and drive home... stupid me. I definitely should’ve checked the bag after she said that one comment.. “don’t worry! The food is right!” I drive all the way home, get in, open the food, and my Big Mac is not only covered in extra sauce (I didn’t ask for that , but no extra cheese; so they didn’t even listen to me whilst ordering AND repeating my order. Twice.. Too busy pushing out the cars in record times I guess..? My Big Mac had all bottom buns, and I had to throw the entire sandwich out because I couldn’t even eat it without being covered in sauce. If I hadn’t driven all the way home, I would have gone right back through, complained, and asked for my money back. (I didn’t even get a receipt with my order to PROVE I just got it; and I HATE complaining with a passion- I work in a restaurant, I’m a kitchen manager. This is pathetic. This location is absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money.
Ordered coffee and stupid supervisor woman gave me money back so rude. Never going back there. Does owner knows that because this stupid B loosing business
Well if you actually want to know what this mcdonalds is like i can give you a good review on the drive-thru. I go here 4+ times a week so i'm an authority on this place. If you're ordering anything more than a coffee you'll be parking and waiting. ALWAYS CHECK FOR A STRAW! I'm missing a straw at least 30% of the time. Dont bother expecting hot food, they let the food sit in the heaters for longer than company policy to reduce waste. I'm fat and this is the only fast food restaurant i like so i'm stuck with it even knowing the food is actually really bad. The staff is awesome but the food sucks
After moving to this area from Burlington last year, I had high expectations for the McDonald's here. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location have not been satisfactory. Today was the final disappointment when I ordered a filet of fish for lunch. The fish tasted like paper and was grey, hard, and dry instead of the fresh, white fish I have had at other McDonald's. I threw it out and do not plan on returning to this location.
