The restaurant was severely understaffed which was evident in the low employee morale. The food took a long time to be served and arrived lukewarm. This used to be our favorite spot but it was disappointing this time.

Let me put it this way. The chicken was undercooked. The Alfredo Spaghetti lacked flavor, the fries were soggy, and the servers were forgetful. The experience was overall disappointing.

We arrived at 8pm and it seemed to be a busy time because we had to wait to be seated and waited a long time to be served. However, once our waitress arrived, she was very friendly and efficient, making up for the initial wait. The food was excellent. My husband ordered the messy fish and I ordered the bacon bourbon BBQ burger, both of which were generously sized and delicious. The fries were also very tasty.

I am not from this area and this was my first time dining at this restaurant. My server, Heather, provided excellent service. She was attentive and thoughtful, and this level of service was consistent throughout the entire staff. The atmosphere was wonderful, and it was clear that the quality of the service and food, as well as the friendliness of the staff, have made this a popular spot for regulars. It is a welcoming place to meet up with friends and family. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to others.
