Corktown Pub and Fare - Hamilton

This pub is fantastic. The beer prices are reasonable and the bar staff is friendly. The food is always excellent! I've been there twice recently for live music and the sound was great, but the only downside was the inadequate lighting both times. It was difficult to see the artists, which was disappointing for me as a photographer. Nevertheless, overall, it's a wonderful place!

This restaurant is the perfect spot for a Sunday afternoon Blues session! The sound quality is excellent and the lineup of guest performers is fantastic. The beer is affordable and the food is delicious. If you enjoyed Bay City, you will definitely love Corktown!

The owner is an exceptionally accommodating individual who takes a great deal of pride in his business. It's evident in the way he runs the bar as well as how he treats his staff. This location deserves a lot more recognition and in my opinion should be considered a cornerstone of Hamilton's entertainment venues.

A great spot to catch bands in Hamilton. A wide variety of genres from Celtic Traditional to local Rock, Blues and Funk shows. Very different programming from the days this was a hard rock and punk venue. New owners have done a great job of cleaning it up and making it more family friendly.Sound and lights are solid, techs are hard working. Staff are very friendly and I recommend the veggie burger!
