I enjoyed the food and the dining experience was good.

Today I noticed something very disgustingI went in to buy my Chile 5 piece chicken strips and the guy didn’t use a tongs to take the meat out of the tray to place in the bag,he used his hands with out any gloves on,I will not recommend this establishment again,when I ask a staff member why he didn’t use tongs she couldn’t answer I just threw away that purchase. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE

My mom and I ordered 2 combos for the price of $31.65. Both the burgers and fries were cold and not worth $31.65, very disappointed in the service and food. Definitely will not be ordering anything from this location again for those crazy prices.

I explored the whole food court before deciding to dine at A&W. The woman working the cash register, who introduced herself as Julie, was very patient and accommodating with my order. She informed me of their offerings and suggested that I try the grilled onions since I don't like raw onions. Julie was kind and pleasant, and I would highly recommend this A&W to anyone looking for a meal in the vicinity. Thank you, Julie! You're fantastic!
