Panera Bread - Hamden

The customer service at this restaurant was poor. Despite the store hours clearly indicating that it was not yet closing time (9pm), the staff refused to serve me when I entered 20 minutes prior to the posted closing time. Their response when questioned about why the door was still open was unprofessional and rude.

The food took a very long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The coffee was cold and the urns ran out. No one came to check on us. However, the staff were very friendly.

If you are lucky enough to encounter Connie and experience her incredible personality and sense of humor, you are truly fortunate. She made my evening unforgettable.

I ordered the full size fuji apple chicken salad (with chicken? and received a half sized salad without chicken. Certainly will not be coming back.

Urine on the floor in the bathroom. Dirty, out of most ingredients that make up most popular reason like croutons, ???? bread!!! ???? Look all tables available full of trash! I want my money back asap
