It did not like that meat was grounded, has not come back any seasoned to the meat.

They were ok, we had a lot of tastier filling it needed more seasoned and more flaming for us we based it on seeing it from home town fresh high midday traffic, so we thought it was popular, so it must be good, the spinach and cheese were delicious the rest of the combo were very bland not latin flare or taste. we were somehow disappointed and pampered before being honest with amazing latin empanadas- sad people. obviously the people have eaten them nowhere and do not know better here to compare.

We were looking for a Spanish restaurant in Hamden and unfortunately, this place did not meet our expectations. The food was not authentic and lacked flavor, especially the empanadas.

These empanadas may resemble Puerto Rican empanadillas, but they lack authenticity. While the beef empanadas come close, the seasoning on the other varieties falls short. However, they are still fresh and tasty. This feedback is from a Puerto Rican.

We stumbled upon this small restaurant while in the area for a high school game and were pleasantly surprised by the variety and delicious flavors of their empanadas. Each one had a perfect combination of crunch and softness, without being greasy. We enjoyed every bite and will definitely be returning in the future.
