The employees, despite being short-staffed, are consistently friendly. This is my go-to spot for a large iced coffee with 6 creams, 2 vanilla shots, and 2 Splenda on the side. In the past year, I've only had to get my coffee remade once. Plus, I've never found grounds in my hot coffee!

Went to this one to get coffee and bagels they were very polite and friendly.order was done perfect.

The only time I had to ask for a refill was once a year, and I've never had a bad experience with their hot coffee.

Been here 3 times not once has my simple order been correct.

Terrible how rude and unprofessional some of the the staff is here. I was picking an order, the manager is moping during rush hour, yelling at her employees to come to get the order. When the other employee comes over she doesn't even know what the order is. Then starts saying how Uber eats drivers isn't a real job to her co-workers. Completely try to offend me, but didn't work!. I will pray for your employees to have some respect for others. Such a shame really.
