Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant is better suited for takeaways than really eating there. Otherwise the sushis were good, being a little expensive though
To be clear about this Kampai Sushi is an authentic Izakaya (some kind of mix between a bar and a restaurant :) style thing so space is rare just like it is in Japan. This makes it a great place to experience Japan in Germany and I've been there a couple of times with Japanese friends :)The staff and owner are Japanese so you can also practice ordering things in Japanese if you fancy doing so.This also means that everything is clean and while it may seem cluttered it is still a tidy place.I felt at home being there. The highlight about this place are the Sushi and fish related dishes though. The fish is fresh and just right for Sushi, the rice sticks to the fish but not to the chopsticks and is not dry, just how it needs to be.It is my favourite place to go to if I miss Japan too much.
Super delicious food and authentic Japanese atmosphere in the small restaurant with space for 16-20 guests.
Og meget lille sushisted. he retires søde, og selvom sushien blew lavet efter bestilling, fik vi hurtigt maden.Sushien var også rigtig god, og the var meget at wælge i mellem.
Kampai is located on a side street about 100 m from the reeperbahn. the small load has about 12 seats. of which 5 at the theke. behind the counter stands the chef herr emomoto and creates his delicious sushi. during the week it is quieter so that you can also get to the talk with the chef. the sushi ship is recommended from 2 people. the price varies according to the desired quantity. we were pampered there and can recommend the restaurant 100%ìg.
