Block House Winterhude - Hamburg

A great evening. Great staff. Fantastic food. It was right now. The steaks were fried to the point. Salad and dressing have tasted very well.

Who eats here goes on a journey of time: this is the first block house that has hardly been changed since! Fortunately, the quality and friendliness of the staff is at the level of time. Fortunately, honest and factic criticism is taken here instead of the company's Burger chain, where I was publicly rejected as a liar! For this reason, I had made a bow around the block chain for a long time, but the steak quality and kindness here have ended me (at least from this restaurant). I hope the take-away offer goes up and in the "Nachcoronazeit" is made again as much as every year before: a time journey at the height of time.

During my last stay in hamburg I had a nice dinner in the block house. as always was eating and the service fantastic. if they want a great steak, it's the place to go!

Do not understand me wrong, I was in hamburg and in Germany often and I am used to the level to consider the local service. but this visit in block house showed how absent can even be the basic level of the service. the waiter had hard times to bring us more sauce that we demanded three times and finally waited for almost twenty minutes. the place was full so that something is understandable, but as soon as the tellers were worn by the table, we seemed to be invisible. we would have had coffee and avecs, but the staff just ignored us. we sat an hour in our stand and tried to see the waitresses. When we finally got the attention, we just wanted the one. eating is good, but the service could really use a boost, even the weinlist would need a certain consideration.

I ate there with my parents when I was a child and had great memories. I returned this time with my family and enjoyed every second! the place has hardly changed. eating was really good and I really hope to be able to return in the future!
