Bidrage med feedbackVery disappointed in this particular location. I seemed to have forgotten that we had a similar experience last time (about 6 months ago) when we ordered online. It was over $70 for one adult and four children, and the portion sizes were tiny. None of us eat a ton by any means, so this is really saying a lot. I had to ask twice for extra protein because on each meal there was maybe 1/8 cup given, yet insane portions of rice, and very stingy on vegetables, too. I understand that meat and produce are the expensive parts of the meal, but I shouldn’t be paying $70 for pretty much just rice. And everyone was still hungry!
Had carryout from this location. Had a bowl and it wasn't very full. Although they gave us a decent bag of chips.
I’ve been going to Moe’s for years ,and it seems like the quality/quantity of food has really gone down. This location especially has to work on the quality of the food they’re producing. The only menu item that is good is the queso.
I walked in and there was 3 ladies standing behind the counter and not one of them greeted me or even made eye contact. A guy had to come from the back to help me and he coughed on his hands before he put gloves on. The food station was a complete mess. The lettuce was mixed in with the onions and olives etc. and then they have the nerve to ask if I want to leave a tip LOL here’s your tip.. do your job better.
First of all, no smiles or “ welcome to moes” from any of the workers. Everyone working seemed miserable. The food station was filthy and didn’t look like it was cleaned all day. The guy making the burritos literally slopped all of the food on the shell making a huge mess and barely closed up the burritos. He pulled up his pants with gloves on and continued to make my food without changing gloves ! I asked why I got charged an extra dollar per burrito for all of the food and they said I got white meat chicken and it was “premium meat” I was never offered an alternative. The girl told me that the other chicken option was spicy… my kids won’t eat that so I was forced to pay extra. They forgot my queso so I had to wait for it after everything. This place isn’t worth the money anymore, they skimp on meat and the service is terrible. Moes has seriously deteriorated. We won’t be returning.
