Fast food. Good service. I recommend you to know what you want before you order, this will reduce your waiting time. Cheap and easy way to get food. You can sit down to eat as grass.

Poor staffing just at lunchtime. Waited over 30 minutes to order the food. It is not enough to have only one person to serve both the customers in the restaurant and foodora. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Today I was at Subway at Hamar CC centre. The experience was not good. It was clear that it was someone who was new and was being trained as the general manager of the restaurant. The fact that it was someone who was new was not the problem at all, but the person who gave the training, on the other hand, is not suitable to give training. I sincerely feel sorry for the poor boy who was spoken to directly condescendingly several times, in front of customers! Maybe he doesn 't get things done, and makes mistakes. Perhaps annoying for a manager when you have to repeat yourself several times. BUT then you have a conversation with new employees in the back room NOT in the restaurant in front of customers. Not only is it disrespectful, but poor treatment of employees. The poor boy was shaking as he took my baguette from the meat department to the salad department , clearly nervous about making more mistakes and most likely embarrassed. I would have been if my boss or a colleague asked me to sharpen up, listen, what did I just teach you, don 't start, wait I say etc. to me in a clearly irritated way in front of the whole restaurant It was uncomfortable for me as a customer, so I can only imagine how uncomfortable it was for him who stood and received and clearly did nothing well enough. Seeing more people commenting the same thing, maybe time to do something about it.
