Sukiya Hamamatsu Kajimachi-shop

A very inexpensive restaurant in good location. It's close to the station. The best thing is that it is open around the clock. The food is delicious. They serve Oolong tea instead of water with ice cubes in it. They not only have beef dishes, but also pork, curry and some seasonal items. They even have cheap unagi (eel). I highly recommend it.
