Ippudo - Hamamatsu

Pork based ramen. Portion was quite large. I ordered with 10 small dumplings(gyouza) which was the best combination. You can ask the staffs for extra garlic or ginger for additional seasoning. Price also okay. Easy to access because it’s located inside the station. 豚骨ラーメン 餃子と一緒食べて最高でした。

I thought the food was amazing! The service was great and even offered. Part of the station, so it can get busy with tons of people there, but it is very nice!

Finally got to try the Ippudo ramen, and it was delicious! Love the tonkotsu based soup. Added an extra soft-boiled egg and gyoza. The gyoza comes with yuzu koshou (salty citron pepper? , a famous Kyushu seasoning.
