The 'ONO poke bar shares a retail store front space with a Chinese takeout location (owned by the same owner).Portion size was good and service was fast however fish was not as fresh as I would have wanted. Salmon tasted a bit fishy.I ordered a salmon poke bowl and a big island poke bowl with added torched tuna.Take out spot only, no seating.
Do not walk in. Owner is very rude to walk in customers. Restaurant has no sit in area and the space is shared between a Chinese fast food and the poke bar. Both are owned by the same owner whose focus was on attending delivery orders for the Chinese fast food section only Walk in orders were ignored and you would be told to stand in front of the poke bar where no one was attending to poke bar looks rundown with all food covered and no one could see if the ingredients were fresh Really skeptical about the freshness of ingredients with no order of poke bowl throughout the whole time of us waiting Was asked what free pop we would like, but we said that we don’t drink pop so we asked if we could have a little bit more of one of the ingredients, we got a blunt ‘No!’ from the owner While waiting, we heard the owner tell the staff, whom we initially asked about the ‘pop replacement’, that if customer asked any questions, just say, ‘No.’ Hearing about this type of ‘Customer Service’ training by the owner, plus with 20 minutes of waiting, we walked up and asked for a refund, the owner looked extremely puzzled. He did not know how to perform a refund! Instead of telling us directly that he didn’t know how to do it and perhaps get our simple order done quickly, he walked away without saying anything and proceeded with continuing with making delivery orders When we asked how much time to wait as we were in rush, he awkwardly said, “2 minutes… no… maybe 3…”. He had no intention to attend to our order at all! We finally demanded our refund and we finally got cash instead If you don’t like walk in customers, put up a sign saying ‘Delivery pickup only. Please place order online.’ and we would have gotten your message. At least this is respectful to your customer. Do not understand how they get this rating. Perhaps for other locations? Definitely will not return
Extremely rude workers with zero ounce of professionalism. Girl at the front doesn't even know how to greet a customer, guy taking orders has no idea how to take an order. Otherwise, food is really good.
