Oh my goodness I feel like I've just dined out at a 5* Indian restaurant in the comfort of my own home. Food is amazing! Delivery can be long but more than worth the wait. Thanks Shazna.

We have been customers of the Shazna for over 18 years. Just had a home delivery £30. The curry sauce was missing from the byriani. No tray of pickles as ordered and paid for. I rang to let them know and after what felt like a Poirot investigation I am believed. He remembered the note on the order. “Well we’re are too busy to bring it so I will put a note on and remember to sort you next time” Well if there is no curry sauce I won’t order again. Phone goes dead. No point in having a curry when there is NO curry. If you are too busy then don’t take the order. 2 weeks ago we waited 3.5 hours for delivery which you failed to say at time of order. The time before pre corona some of the order was missing. We remained polite and understanding yet again. Appalling customer service, we won’t be back. Plenty of other Indian takeaways in Widnes. Just had a moan to a friend who said “ why are you ordering from there anyway, have you seen their hygiene rating“ It’s one !! . Didn’t think to check Bye Shazna plenty more Indian takeaways !

Use this takeaway regularly when visiting our son and his family. They never disappoint. Service is always excellent and friendly, delivery is always as promised and food is always superb.

I love this place. The best around for miles, food is addictive and I order most nights of the week. Chicken tikka jal is to die for. Lovely staff, specially the owner Sha who delivers mine on his way home.

Food arrived barely warm and missing chutneys. Rang the shop and they said they would send it back out but it never arrived. Samba was unbearably spicy compared to every other place we’ve ever eaten
