I ordered a heart-shaped pizza for my family on Valentine's Day from this restaurant, which is known for their quick service. However, when the pizza was 10 minutes late, I tried calling multiple times but was put on hold. Realizing they were busy, I decided to drive to the restaurant instead. The manager, a friendly lady, informed me that my order had been mistakenly sent to DoorDash for delivery due to their busy schedule. She offered to either refund my order or make it again. I politely asked for my order to be remade and waited patiently. When she handed me my pizza, she also told me she had refunded my payment for being understanding. I will definitely order from this restaurant again.
