Dino's Live - Haltom City

This was my 2nd visit to this establishment 02/2023 which was a Saturday night my birthday!!!! The reason we chose this place was bcas my 1st visit 10/22 Wednesday on my spouse b day which we had a great time. Mixed crowds, all ages, fun nice people well it was totally different ruined my birthday, I left this place in tears, money, outfit time wasted! Was there from 9pm 2am, and couldn’t even dance once on my birthday, I was heart broken from being so ignored by the staff DJ! I noticed the crowd was different, predominantly Spanish but still very friendly as the night started to progress I asked the waitress if the night was as advertised and she said yes the DJ will be setting up shortly. After requesting song after song and being ignored by the DJ who played predominantly Spanish music, I decided to request a song with a Spanish artist in it and it too was ignored, nor would he acknowledge the birthday shot out my partner requested, the Spanish couples we shared our table with were so nice that they went to ask and finally I got a happy birthday but the damage was done. I again spoke to the waitress holding back my tears and explained my feelings and experience who was agreeing but never once said anything to the DJ! Bar tender was a cheat and charged my card for more than the amount of the drinks. My feelings were so hurt

Be careful here. I bought two beers and with a tip it totaled $16. They charged me $40 for the night. This is the second time this has happened. They will rip you off big time here. I have my receipts and I will definitely be speaking to my bank about credit card fraud.

The nachos are by far the best deal on the menu. I chose carne asada, beans, queso, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, and let me tell you they were loaded. Definitely a meal. The service was great as always!

Horrible service!! One hour for nachos and 1 quesadilla, 1 HOUR!! The nachos were terrible, no cheese and what seemed like a pound of sour cream on them. I will not be coming back for the service or any food at least. The atmosphere on karakoee night was fun.
