Jai Ho India Restaurant - HALLETT COVE

I recently visited a breakfast restaurant and was disappointed to receive the wrong food for the second time. When I called to address the issue, the person I spoke with showed no care or concern. They refused to replace the meal or issue a refund, which I found to be very unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, my dining experience was unpleasant and I will be sure to inform others about the subpar service and food quality at this restaurant. I will not be returning.

Excellent service, good food and good location. we went here a Sunday evening and ate a cozy little restaurant with a casual atmosphere. was not the best saag paneer I had but still very good. we enjoyed the gutter plate.

We regularly go there and have taken different friends and everyone just loves it. great value for money, very friendly staff and good food! great combination.

I never complain about food, I love eating and I am open to trying new things. However, tonight I had a terrible experience at Jai Ho. My partner and I were craving Indian cuisine since moving from London, so we decided to give this local restaurant a try. Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment. It had no taste, no flavor, and no resemblance to authentic Indian cuisine. I was so disgusted that I even called to express my displeasure and request a refund, but the customer service was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund. I will not be returning to Jai Ho and I advise others to steer clear as well. The positive reviews are likely fake and I suspect there may be some sort of incentive scheme in place. Avoid this place at all costs.

The most delicious Indian food around, great butter chicken, Goan fish curry and curry goat. The mixed tasting entree platter is also great.
