Rumours Baroque

This is the ideal address for a group party in a good atmosphere! Located in the commercial area of Hallennes lez Haubourdin 10 minutes from Lille, the Rumours is a cabaret restaurant held by Claude Thomas Les Folies de Paris formerly and its versatile team that manages the service as well as the show during and after the meal. Surprise pour un anniversaire.. mise en boîte toute la soirée.. un bon repas, un peu cher, mais le spectacle compris dans le prix le justifie.. un humour, qui peut ne pas plaire, mais il est là.. on a apprécié

Nous avons dîné en couple au Rumours Baroque.Le repas est bon (sans plus), très copieux (difficile de finir son plat), les desserts et boissons également sont bien fournis.Pas de spectacle mais ça semble normal vu la période (mercredi + période d'août donc peu de clients). Le patron met quand même de l'ambiance et passe régulièrement voir les clients. Par contre, le ton est très familial et peut étonner (voire rebuter) : le patron vous tutoie et vous appelle par des sobriquets type "ma chérie", "le gamin" (j'ai 35 ans), mais sans méchanceté ni moquerie.Le mobilier est atypique et semble être de la récup remise à neuf et en très bon état (ex: les tables sont toutes différentes). Notre cocktail a été servi dans des anciens pots à confiture, c'est étonnant et amusant.Un restaurant que je conseillerais entre amis et/ou pour profiter de l'ambiance décalée.

Repas sans intérêt, du sous vide avec un présentation améliorée. Un spectacle inexistant, juste des personnes maquillées qui passent de table en table pour se moquer des clients (tenue vestimentaire, physique, coupe de cheveux... tout y passe selon son inspiration désastreuse !!) une décoration qui n'a pas de sens ! bref une soirée de perdue.Conseil : allez y avec un verre dans le nez, ça peut vous donner une chance de ne pas vous rendre compte de tout !
