If you're looking to experience Peruvian cuisine, I recommend visiting La Granja. The Lomo Saltado is excellent, and they offer a unique twist on roasted chicken, accompanied by rice and beans. In Peru, this dish is usually paired with fried potatoes and salad, which I ordered today and thoroughly enjoyed.
