The perfect pour pub n' grill - Halifax

I give this pub a over all rating of 5 because It is not the fault of the place its self for lack of room, but they do need to look into enlarging the pub or not hold events like St. Patrick's Day of all events to have not enough room! We were there last night and were stuck in a corner near the back and had to wade through bodies to get to the bar and let them know we were there. I have to say once they knew we were there, they came right over and took our order! The staff is amazing in they way the presented themselves in such a zealous crowd. This will not stop us from returning here, because it has such great food, and service. One day maybe they will think about expanding, I realize that they don't really have these issues during the day but night time on weekends it can be brutal finding a place to sit.

I have driven by here so many times over the years. Today I finally went in for brunch with a group. The chefs are amazing, they cooked my meal to accommodate my allergies. Pricing is excellent with burger and home fries coming in at $8.95 Meat is fresh and not frozen. Service is excellent the entire crew is friendly and will go that extra little bit to make sure the patrons are taken care of. I will be back for sure.2 thumbs up

The staff are great. the food is not. the only thing I will eat is chicken wings. I have tried many other thing and they were bad. music is good. place could use a little up keep. the smelly stuff in the bathroom is bad for anyone who likes to breath with out getting a headpain

My wife and I often choose this friendly pub for its good food at decent prices. There is often decent music and fun crowd.

Great local pub, excellent pub food, fish and chips, steak club houses all fine, friendly and prompt staff. Vicki and John are always on top of their game the live music features local artist, some well known and new starts. Hal bruce puts on a fine show, Kevin Fletcher is wortg a visit as well
