Thai Ivory Cuisine - Halifax

This was my first time at this location of Thai ivory.

The atmosphere was the only nice thing about the placeThe service was sub-par; the staff couldn't seem more eager to be done with us.

Not my first order here, but on this visit I picked up take out and the quality of the food seems to have gone downhill a bit? Ordered my favourite : Cashew

They must have a new cook for the food is not very good anymore. I had a double order of Basil Fried rice and they gave me Thai fried rice. It is supposed to have snow peas and green beans but not one of those were there! When I called to complain, they said oh well! I've been a long time customer of Thai Ivory but I will not go back! Im very disappointed!

Up until now I would have given it a 4 or 5 rating. Ordered delivery for 6:15. They asked if it could be delivered an hour early as it got accidentally prepared. Called back to say no, it would be at 6:15 as ordered. Received order close to 7. No rice and food was cold. Hesitant to order from here again.
