I have dined at this restaurant multiple times. It offers tasty Thai-style fast food at an affordable price. I particularly appreciate the ability to customize your meal. Want tofu and chicken? No problem. Extra corn but no paprika? No problem!

Although this restaurant is located in a food court, it serves delicious food at affordable prices. In comparison to a nearby Thai restaurant called Cha Baa Thai, this place excels in terms of food quality, service, and value. If you don't mind the casual food-court setting, then this is the perfect spot to enjoy some tasty Thai cuisine.

I ordered the vegetarian padthai and asked for no eggs. I was offered the vegetarian sauce, which was good. However, the resulting pad thai was very disappointing. The pad thai floated in the sauce. More importantly, it had a very small cube tofu. That's it (I checked twice). I ordered this court beforehand; in the past it would come with several pieces tofu. I went back to the counter and told them that a mistake had been made. It was clear that the person in the money did not serve a good understanding of meals as she told me that the dish comes with soft tofu; first there was no tofu in what she gave me, and secondly, this court should come with firm tofu. Another one came in and said there were four pieces tofu. So, 10.50 for 4 small pieces tofu. The menu must have changed radically since the last time, as there are always many pieces of tofu. They offered me another three pieces of Tofu. In the meantime, my food is cold and coagulated because of the ridiculous amount of sauce. I wasn't ready to wait longer for all three small pieces of Tofu. I asked for my money back. The person in the money asked for my name and phone number. This information is NOT required for a refund (I teach privacy), and it threatened to give me no refund if I did not provide this information. I made it clear that the rejection of a refund was unacceptable and I would not go until I got my money back. I know that staff are likely to be told that they need to ask for this information, but they should be trained to respond to people who are aware of their rights and refuse to provide personal information. Given the scary quality of food and service I received, I will not eat here again.

You can 't go wrong at this establishment. If you are looking for a quick and tasty snack this eatery can 't be beat. Cooked without in front of you with fresh ingredients. Everything comes out piping hot. Staff and pleasant and efficient. Definitely recommend. One of my 'go to places ' when in the mall around meal time.
