Moxies London Downtown - Halifax

The food is consistently delicious, and the ambiance is elegant and pristine. The staff are exceptional, providing top-notch service that makes you feel truly welcomed and eager to return. It's one of my favorite places to relax with a drink or enjoy a meal with a friend!

One of the few places where we didn't have to wait on a Saturday evening when the four of us visited. The restaurant is spacious and offers both booth seating and bar stools. There are many TV screens showing various sports events, which adds to the lively atmosphere. Despite its sports bar feel, the ambiance is quite pleasant. The menu provides a good variety of options at reasonable prices. We tried the beef dip, a dish not commonly found in Halifax restaurants. It had a perfect balance of beef to bread, and the dipping sauce was flavorful without being too salty. The restrooms consist of individual rooms with a toilet and sink. The service was satisfactory, although it got quite busy about thirty minutes after we arrived.

As a vegetarian, I was extremely impressed with the food at this restaurant. We ordered nachos, tacos, a veggie burger, and a platter, and everything was delicious! The staff was very helpful, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I ordered the Steak Frites, but unfortunately, the steak was tough and had quite a bit of gristle, making it rather unpleasant to eat. I spoke with the manager, who graciously offered me a replacement meal, but I decided to decline. Perhaps steak isn't their specialty, but I would be willing to try something else from the menu during my next visit to town.

The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding! As a vegetarian, I had a delightful experience. They even let you customize certain non-vegetarian dishes to suit vegetarian preferences. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. To make the experience even better, we indulged in the white chocolate brownie dessert, which is definitely a must-try. We also loved the roasted tomatoes with whipped feta, the Beyond Meat burger, and the pasta. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience!
