Bidrage med feedbackGenerally I love Mezza but on this latest visit the poutine was way too salty and they mixed lettuce in with the shawarma chicken in the family pack which ruins it and removes all possibility of left overs. Update* Emailed back and forth with Adam from Mezza. He advised me that the lettuce is intentional for presentation . I think it 's terrible to have lettuce mixed in. Trying to heat lettuce and chicken later makes a soggy gross mess. His suggestion was to request they don 't add the lettuce bed .
Mezza new no cheese poutine. Dear owners, the photo is not fair as I ate the five grains of cheese that was on it before. as unfair as being served that no cheese surprise. I mentioned the lack of cheese to your employees when I was served, they told me it was the weighted amount of cheese prescribed by management. You want me to contact you as you mention above, why?
Had a pathetic experience here. I placed a pick up order for a shawarma plate with half fries and half lentil rice, but the representative did not inform that they were out of lentil rice and added just fries. Upon confronting the discrepancy the staff did not even Had the courtesy to apologize for the mistake rather mentioned they cannot help with anything. I would rate much lower for their customer service
Food quality is fine but portions have either taken a nose dive with no warning or indication on their menu (even old pictures with what the dishes should look like are now misrepresented) or they have severely shorted my last two orders. Either way, regular spot is a pass for me with no recommendation
I have ordered veggie lebanese platter online. After picking up the order, I came home and noticed lentil and rice are very soggy and runny which wasn't the case in the past. Since I live nearby, I went back to the store and asked employees about the food quality and they responded this is how it should look like. I asked for the replacement and they asked me to pay 17$ again which I never expected in service industry. In summary, I would say that the customer service is very poor and staff don't have any skills to apologize with the customer or talk to the customer. Very unprofessional behavior. Employee named Sunny was taking the lead and explaining me that he is working in Mezza for the last 12 years and lentil and rice were always the same which kind of surprises me. Date of the order 8 DEC around 4:30 p.m. Suggestions: Please train your staff on how to treat a customer and not behave like they own the whole Mezza franchise.
