Mcdonald's - Halifax

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They get a lot of foot traffic throughout the lunch hours but service times are consistent based on the few times I've visited. One room for improvement: Keep an eye/cleaning the back areas where the elevated stools and tables are. It's the area furthest from the cash registers so it can sometimes be neglected. Other than that, I enjoy unwinding here for lunch especially when the Raptors come through with 12 3s made. 4/5

New staff makes it hard for customers as their speech is not clear and there for mistakes are made . just over past 4 month i noticed a difference. got my order wrong 3 times in the morning. around 10 ish

Could be cleaner but it was after the morning rush. Hot and freshly made makes all the difference and my breakfast was how and freshly made. Thank you. The coffee was perfectly prepared as well. Love all the glass in the sun room.

Top marks for being device friendly with at least a couple of tables with plugins and really great high speed internet. Both those things make them Better then 95% of the other McDonald’s. I’ll want to return to do work and this they earn my future money

While I understand a busy location having worked in retail for 20+ years a priority should be made so that employees actually read the order screen for food they have to make. It shouldn't be so complicated to put mustard and pickles on a burger ... or add bacon. Had to make it 3 times before it was right. Which is sad and just plain ridiculous. Seriously get it together. Care more about training your people and worry less about your drive thru times.
