Little Caesars Pizza - Halifax

Ordered for my little guys bday party. Was missing food. After calling soon as I got home I was expected to drive back there about a total 40 mins of travel or call the manager on Monday. Upon talking to the manager after the fact, I was told it was my fault I should have checked the food before I left. Well I ordered for a party of 8 plus my spouse and I, I had a ton of boxes you want me to open all the boxes on the counter in your 5 x 5 store with a line up. WHAT A JOKE, how about you have your employees package orders properly, it's not that hard really. I then asked the manager for his name that I was going to escalate the issue with head office and he was belligerent and rude and would not provide me his name. I cannot believe the customer service from this man WHO I REMIND YOU IS THE MANAGER. Save yourself the headache and do NOT order from this Parkland Drive store in Halifax or Little Caesars in general.

I ordered a bunch of stuff end of March...delivery guy didn't follow the directions and delivered to the wrong address...called the store for help, they had no idea what to do...called their customer service and they apologized and said they'd process the refund (ok, great ...a month later after no refund I called the customer service line again...apologized and escalated, saying it might take 7 business days (okkkkkk.... ....2 weeks later after not receiving the refund I called again and was told they would escalate it again, because it worked so well the first 2 times. I look forward to having to dispute this transaction with my credit card when I still don't get my refund by the year 2026... I've included a photo of what I received from my order:

Pizza was cold after waiting 15 min for fresh pizza....pizza wasent cut threw...always go hear for pizza when come to the city for the night but will not return after this experience...

In my opinion, this is the most affordable and decent fast food option available. You can feed a family of 4-5 for just $25-30, which is about the cost of a meal for two at any burger place. It's our go-to choice when we're exhausted and feeling the pinch from high taxes.
