Harvey's - Halifax

First time here, got the grilled chicken burger, I felt like it was too dry. Prob will get the beef burger next time. Good service too.

Just wanted to say that Raymond at the Bayers Lake location in Halifax is quite possibly the friendliest employee I've ever dealt with in my life. He noticed my wife was pregnant and engaged us in playful conversation and even wished her a safe and happy delivery! Hope you guys pay him exactly what he's worth because he made our day. Jeff A.

Food was good as usual and service was friendly. Only thing was the restaurant was extremely hot. I was down to a t-shirt and still sweating. Not sure if it's like this all the time or just today but turn down the heat a bit.

One of the staff on cashier asked me a lot of personal questions even my religion and I trusted her, and she said to me the receipt is supposed to stay with us. The price was 42 and I had coupons which is should make the price more low , when I back home I thought about the price I found it is even more expensive than the regular price, and I have other point I found hair in my burger made me disgusted. So I learned Shouldn’t trust people who asking a lot to make themselves trustable .

I recently visited Harvey's in Bayer's Lake and was very impressed with the service we received. It appeared to be the assistant manager who served us, and his customer service skills were exceptional. He showed genuine concern for our dining experience, which is rare to find nowadays. He not only brought our food to our table but also checked in to see if we were satisfied. The food was fresh and delicious. I had never tried the crispy chicken burger at Harvey's before, but decided to give it a go this time and I was pleasantly surprised. The only suggestion I have for improvement is the location itself. It can be confusing to find a parking spot if you are not using the drive-thru. You have to navigate around the back of another building to reach the front of the store, which is a bit awkward. I recommend putting up a sign in the parking lot to guide customers to the front of the store. Nevertheless, I would still give this location a 5-star rating based on the excellent service and food quality.
