I loved the egg dish I ordered, the ambiance was impressive, and the customer service was exceptional.

I really enjoy the strawberry cheesecake ice cream at this restaurant! You can taste hints of cheesecake in every bite. The customer service is also top-notch. This place is now my go-to for ice cream.

I believe that the staff should wear name tags, and the card machine needs to be fixed as it is consistently out of order. Many people do not carry cash nowadays, so this is an issue that needs to be addressed. However, I enjoyed the ice cream and did not have any issues with the employees.

The customer service is terrible!!! I go to this place every Friday with my best friend to buy icecream. This time I went the icecream tasted rancid (spoiled) and they refused to change the flavour or provide a refund, saying its managements policy. Take my advice, go to Devon House.

Worst customer service I've ever had at the Branch in New Kingston Tonight 1.27.2018 due to my 6 year old child having a hard time to pick an icecream flavor I was advised to hurry up and stop waste their time. I've never felt so humiliated ever. Something needs to be done.
