Total: ordinary sandwiches and Mac cheese, homemade chips are good, and matcha custard with sour cherry wants a bit more matcha especially with the strength of the acidity. I wouldn't come back deliberately, but it's worth trying. burger sandwich 12.75:) patty was finely spiced and swirled were nicely plastered, but the whole sandwich fell limp, since the brot was not roasted enough to keep the few ingredients. I myself and two others did not feel that there was something special that would expose the sandwich from the mushroom sandwich 12.75:) also a limp/soggy sandwich, but the mushrooms were ok mac cheese with puffed rice 6 cooked: not a strong cheese flavor, and the spiced rice with scalions supplement texture/flame. I personally prefer a stronger cheese so that it just went well. good, slightly crunchy with subtle flocks of spicy and not too oily. the only thing I would order again matcha custard with sour cherry 6 or $7): the texture of the custard was smooth, but you have to try to taste the matcha pretty hard as soon as you have a bit of these sour cherry. the crumbling overwhelmed themselves relatiw to matcha, but they are not too bad when they eat them individually. service: friendly staff and moderate waiting time.

I can say that the fame of this place is legitimate. A simple menu (which is appreciated) helps specialize in its food, where you can taste and smell the quality —the unparalleled service: friendly, empathetic, and comfortable. The burger is the real deal. Very juicy and tasty and all ingredients are locally sources! The owner aka the dad is very funny guy and it has perfect location just right off highway one and same complex as Half Moon Bay farmers market. Indoor and outdoor option, nice staff and fast! Wait time is minimal despite lots of orders.

Little pricy but definitely a great burger.... Didn't plan on spending $45 on 2 burgers and 2 small side salads ? but you only live once ? I guess. Good food but definitely on the higher end with pricing.

I’m not a gourmet burger guy but I know a good burger when I eat it and this was clearly one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. This burger was an artful blend of things that were perfectly blended together to leave you with a craving for more. The bread was perfectly grilled to give a char on the outside and soft chewiness on the inside. The mayo sauce was a moist blend of mustardy bite that helped support the bread and wonderful burger patty. The burger meat was beefy and pure tasting. The unique greens offset the meat with pickled onions for an extra tang. I had to slowly chew and savor every bite of this wonderful concoction. My wife had the mushroom sandwich and raved about it as well. The homemade potato chips helped give you salty flavor as well. We also tried the Mac cheese and moms salad and thought these sides were decent as well. Price for the burger was about $13 and a great bargain compared to what we ate.
