Meteor Dining - Hakuba

I randomly chose this restaurant and was pleased to find that the staff spoke excellent English. They reassured me about the variety of vegan options available in the evening, all of which were amazing. I ordered the winter plant filled tofu, flower flower soup, delicious waffle fries, a salad with crispy soba noodles and a vegan sesame dressing. It was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had. My carnivore friends also enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend making reservations ahead of time if you are in Hakuba.
