Pho is handmade, soup is normal and not bad, side dishes is special with sauce. Price is reasonable.
The best pho restaurant in Hai Phong. But some items weren’t available and they don’t give me my receipt. Anyway best pho ever.

Way over rated. Little taste. Fatty beef. No extra vegetables or herbs. Only onions, noodles, and fatty beef
