Kfc - Haines City

Only problem I ever got is they close insanely early 9:20pm on a Friday they closed, they do this everyday close early they got a job and that job is to work I would understand 10 min before closing but 40 is insane then I see just a couple associateslaughing towards the back by the dumpster they need to be better

Management needs to replace the speaker and put a light or sign on it. In the rain I waited looking at the menu for 5 minutes while the line was wrapped around the building, bumper to bumper, and didn't hear or see the speaker, so I pulled around toorder. Realized my mistake so I pulled back around and because of the rain I could barely hear the cashier as I placed my order.I don't blame them, I'm sure they're just as frustrated with it as I am. The owners need to shell out the money to fix it.

Cleanliness was to be desired. Staff was just hanging out. Chicken was good but I would try another location

Manager tonight refused to fill an order of 6 breasts and 20 tenders. We always get it and always pay extra if asked. Tonight she refused. Gave our business to Zaxbys and Popeyes. I called corporate and complained. They were interested in hearing mycomplaint and apologized for what she did. Service in Haines City needs to improve because as of right now it?s horrible.

Food is absolutely gross. The employees are rude and the chicken taste like a cardboard box. Mac n cheese was def left out for a few days before purchasing. Run far away from this country dump ????
