Jimmy John's - Hagerstown

I absolutely loved the Vito sandwich at Jimmy John's, and the staff was extremely polite. These are just two of the reasons why I adore Jimmy John's!

This restaurant only offers basic sandwiches. It was my first time there, and I mentioned to the staff member who took my order that they should have explained the ordering system better, as they were not busy. I ordered a Big John Little John, which was a bit confusing as it turned out to be a sandwich with a smaller size option that I didn't realize would cost extra. I mistakenly ordered the original combo instead of the smaller combo, not realizing my mistake until I saw the other menu options. I brought this error to the attention of the manager, who asked if I found it rude, but I told him to forget it as it was my first time there and I was still learning the different options and combinations available. I apologized for any confusion and misunderstanding.

Out of all the chain restaurants I've tried, I was surprised by the lack of flavor at this particular one. I have returned a few times to see if anything has improved, but unfortunately, it hasn't. The bread has a nice crunch, but it lacks in taste. It's even missing the mark compared to Subway.

The cashier was not kind at all, I didn't care it was my first time. the first and last time at this place. the world needs more love!

I ordered a tuna sandwich here and the tuna was barely there..i love jimmy johns in general but this location was not great sadly!
