Dunkin' - Hagerstown

Awful service today 10/13/23. Gentlemen at the window was in such a rush to serve me my coffee . I asked him to scan my code he claims he did but I had a promotion that wasn’t applied because he lied didn’t scan the code . Then I hand him my card for payment he is rude and working fast hands me my card back I’m trying to put it back in my wallet he pushing my drunk out the window in a rush the drink is spilling out the top I asked for napkins he hands me another straw I said no I need napkins for my drink that is spilling over onto my pants . His response was rude and snappy . Rolled his eyes and stated come on sheesh . Awful window service for simple 8.00 dollar coffee . Thanks but no thanks Dunkin . I often go there because of comfort, but his worst. the workers must either be retrained on the way and wise to make coffee, or they are simply not enough to do it right. it's really not that hard, but yet they screw 100% of my wife and I'm coffee every time.

Dunkin is always a great morning stop for me. while other coffee shops have become popular due to over roasting and hypercaffeination of their coffee, dunkin has kept a gentle but very tasteful brew. very impressed by her sour breakfast sandwich this morning!
