Burger King - Hagerstown

Worst drive through service! Manager is a bitter angry woman. Yells at customers and tells them to leave. Rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Setting an awful example to her staff on how to treat customers. One gentleman did apologize for her awful behavior.

As soon as I walked through the first set of doors I was given a dirty look by a woman wearing a tan T-shirt. Nobody greeted us when we walked in at all! It was almost like they were laughing at myself and my client which is super unprofessional in my opinion. My client is mentally handicapped and I was given the impression from when we first walked in that my experience wasn’t going to be the greatest. Also I’m not sure if they are supposed to be wearing jeans as part of their uniform especially a manager….I also noticed every other customer that walked in got a welcome and was treated way differently then my client and I. I could honestly care less how I’m treated but in respect my client should’ve been welcomed and etc as everyone else that was behind us. And when his food was brought out in a tray I was given a dirty look yet again when it wasn’t even my food and everyone behind us was spoken to kindly.

$17 for a combo meal. id recommend going to a steakhouse, due to very increased

Honestly. This place could be pretty good. The food is good, the service is kind.But this is the third time in recent memory I've tried to go and their card system has been down. It's time for an upgrade or replacement yall
