Bidrage med feedbackWe stayed at this restaurant on November 29, 2019 due to a hospital appointment on November 30. The management of this place is chaotic and disorganized, making even Fawlty Towers seem professional. We were given an accessible room for my disabled wife, but it was cold and didn't even reach 18 degrees Celsius. They provided a room heater that didn't work, so we decided to escalate our complaint to the CEO of Whitbread on Monday. The common areas were dirty and the lifts were out of service, with only one working lift for the 11-floor hotel that was also dirty. The wait time was about 6 minutes. We will not be returning to this restaurant. For a better experience, try the nearby Holiday Inn or IQ to stay warm and comfortable.
Ok we need to be careful with our energy expenditure... but too much is too much ! It‘s almost warmer and dryer outside and it is only 10degrees celsius in London. There is simply no heater. Yes. In London. Customer service solution ... an extra duvet. For the savings times the number of bedrooms) I would at least expect a little something. Now lets pray I wont be sick tomorrow!
I have stayed at this restaurant multiple times before and once again found the staff to be friendly. The breakfast and evening meal included in the "meal deal" were good. They even made me porridge in the morning upon request, and it was delicious. My only minor criticism is that the restaurant layout was a bit crowded on a busy Saturday morning, especially at the breakfast drinks/toast bar. I prefer a more calm start to the day. However, this is just my personal preference and should not deter others from visiting.
Standard menu but long waiting time to get served. Staff a bit disinterested although food nicely cooked.
The hotel is conveniently situated only a couple of minutes from the tube station. The breakfast is wonderful with great choices, frequently stocked up and a friendly atmosphere. Cannot fault the service and location will stay again.
