Bagel Buffet - Hackensack

Worst customer service!!! They ignore you as you were invisible the old lady making the sandwich’s pretends doesn’t even listen to you when you try to order something. The manager is NO better.

The food is pretty good but the customer service is horrible

Ashley behind the grill is very grumpy. I asked for Turkey bacon she used the spatchula for all the pork sausages and bacon. My bacon was full of pork oil to the point where it tasted like pork bacon. My cream cheese was freezing even after my bagel was toasted it was not smeared on evenly it was a big clumped. She kept the turkey bacon on the grill for 2 minutes the bacon was still pink and not done. I asked if it could be cooked more she scooped the bacon up dropped it on the counter, and slammed it on my bagel. The rag they use to clean the knife was very dirty. This place needs the staff to be trained on customer service and food safety.

Bagel Buffet (either location) makes some of the best breakfast sandwiches around, hands down. I probably pass ten other delis on my way there for a sandwich. Reasonable prices, clean space, friendly staff. Their sandwiches, though...fantastic bagels, fresh and tasty ingredients with generous portions, made correctly every single time. And their coffee is pretty good, too.

I had a disappointing experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe that left me feeling utterly unsatisfied. The level of customer service provided by the workers was nothing short of appalling. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they also blatantly ignored me as if I were invisible.To make matters worse, the person who appeared to be the manager seemed completely disinterested in addressing the issue. Their lack of concern for customer service was evident, and it was evident that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or even acknowledging the problem.Aside from the abysmal customer service, the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the cafe were severely lacking. The tables were dirty and unattended, leaving me with a sense of discomfort throughout my visit.As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe fell far short of these expectations. It is disheartening to see a place that claims to provide quality service and products fall so drastically short in practice.I had hoped for a pleasant visit to enjoy some delicious bagels, but instead, I was met with an unprofessional and neglectful atmosphere. The lack of attention to customers and the state of the cafe is unacceptable.I will not be returning to Bagel Bakery Cafe, and I would strongly caution others against visiting this establishment. It is evident that they have much work to do in improving their customer service and cleanliness standards.I believe it is essential for businesses to value their customers and take their feedback seriously. Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe demonstrates that they have a long way to go in understanding the significance of genuine customer care.Disappointed and dissatisfied
