Schlossrestaurant Habsburg

We were there for Easter brunch with friends. It was super delicious. Huge buffet: various breads and rolls, croissants and plaited bread, salmon, cold cuts, cornflakes, fruits and desserts. However, the highlight for us was the roast beef plate with potato gratin, vegetables and fried eggs. The roast beef was soooo tender and with the fine hollondaise sauce... Mmhhhmmm

We ordered two cups of tea and two cakes, yesterday evening. Unfortunately, in the evening we've got stomach problems and we are sure that is due to those cakes. Probably, they were not fresh enough. My friend had to go to a doctor at the end. Very terrible accident .

Ich war am Silvesterabend dort essen, und obwohl wir an diesem Abend nur zwei Veganer waren (sie hatten nur für Silvester geöffnet, da eigentlich Ferien waren), wurden wir auf höchstem Niveau verwöhnt. Ich hätte niemals damit gerechnet, so köstlich zu essen – der Koch hat sich wirklich selbst übertroffen, und das nur für zwei Gäste! Auch der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, und das Ambiente in dieser Burg ist einfach besonders. Hier werde ich definitiv wieder essen gehen! Es eignet sich auf jeden Fall auch sehr gut für Familienfeiern oder Geschäftsessen. Es gibt viele Parkplätze beim Schloss, und von Brugg aus fährt ein Bus in 7 Minuten zum Dorfplatz, von wo es noch 8 Gehminuten zum Schloss sind. Allerdings fährt der letzte Bus bereits um 20:51 Uhr (samstags).

I eat there on the silvester evening, and although we were only two vegans this evening (they had only opened for silvester, since actually celebrated) we were enriched at the highest level. I would never have expected to eat so tasty, the cook really has surpassed, and that for two guests! also the service was very polite, and the environment in this burg was simply very special. I will certainly eat again! also very suitable for family celebrations or business dinners. it has many parking spaces on the burg, and from brugg drives a bus in 7 minutes to the village square, from where it closed for 8 minutes. the last bus runs around 20.51 (saturday)

The food and service was excellent. Really TOP, we are coming back for the third time.
