The best spa I've ever been to. There were about a dozen different saunas ! and a few were really relaxing, especially Finnish 95C and Tropical 40C and sea salt steam 50C. There were indoor pools and, as a plus, a cool although not freezing cold outdoor plunge pool. Hotel highlights: Luxury

I don't think I have had this bad of an experience before. The service was okay but we didn't feel welcomed. When we got to the hotel room we weren't very impressed. Then it all took to a worse turn, the sheets and robes felt dirty and didn't smell the nicest, then we looked behind the curtain and saw that there is a towel behind it on the heater (one of the pictures I took and that isn't ours). When we wanted to check what channels they had we found out the remote was dirty and very dusty (also one of the pictures). There are also some hopefully dead bugs in the lamp (picture is down). Then when I thought I'll blow dry my hair I looked at the end of the blow dryer and it was covered in dust (picture is down). Also I'm not sure if it is mold or dust but there was something in the bathroom where all the moisture comes out (picture down with the white circle and some weird spots) . The pillows are filled with air and are not comfortable and after this horrible experience I couldn't sleep at all because I felt dirty and took multiple showers, that brings me to my next point. While I was taking a shower I was standing on the drain where all the water goes again but the plate on it got stuck to my foot and I almost fell into the hole. And the place was really dusty, if you have a dust allergy I do not recommend coming here, the top of the closet was covered in a thick layer of dust, every time you open the door the dust will fly around (2 pictures are down). The spa felt like everything was about to break and everything was under construction. The spa was nice but there are a lot better ones out there. Safety: The elevators didn't seem the safest. We came for the spa, they weren’t allowed into the spa, it’s like it’s no longer possible. In the evening, no one greeted us at the reception; we waited standing for half an hour until the hostess came out of the toilet for the disabled ??? and checked us in. They didn't answer the phone, the hotel was tired, it was high time for renovations. The hotel stinks of bleach and is hot and stuffy.
