Harlech Tandoori - Gwynedd

As tourists in the city, we were initially turned away from several restaurants before finally finding a place to eat. After being rejected from another pub, we decided to try our luck at a curry restaurant up the hill. We were not disappointed and will definitely be returning again! The decor may be a bit unusual and they only accept cash, but the food was delicious and generous in portion. They also had a good selection of beer, wine, and refreshing beverages.

Despite the somewhat unappealing exterior, this restaurant is actually quite good and reasonably priced. I recently ordered takeout for my family this week and it was very satisfying, especially the delicious jalfrezi. The staff are friendly, but just a heads up, they only accept cash so make sure to have some on hand. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The dining experience was enjoyable, but the atmosphere and service were not pleasant. It felt like we were talking to tables, and when other diners were eating, it was inconvenient. Overall, it was a surreal experience, but the food was good.

I am discusted that having just purchased a take away for peopl, that my vegitarian korma had a lump of chicken in it. Having been vegitarian all of my life, this has left me physically sick. The kind owners claimed I had mixed the...chicken korma with the vegetarian korma. No apology, no refund! These mistakes can kill someone with an allergy. I am not an idiot and my korma labeled VK had vegetables in (plus unwanted chicken). The chicken korma had just chicken and no veg. It makes me question the cooking methods and food hygiene of this place if simple procedures can't be followed. I will be reporting this restaurant.
