To respond to this point generally. You are asked when you purchase andcthe prices state on the counter an eat in and takeawsy price. Thiscis because eat in us subject yo 20% VAT and takeaway is not as lonb as it js not keot hot. Nothing to do with Gregfs it us VAT

The premises are filthy, the food is awful and the staff are rude and highly unintelligent. Avoid this Greggs like the plague.

When I go there for bacon bap and coffee,, these people there are always nice to me,, they work hard and stressed as very demanding job,,, customer service is not about all smiles at every customer as just serve and be polite and give the quality food they pay for,,, as for charge 20p for sit in and Welsh speakers there don't that just paranoia,, did you see or hear emploey say to Welsh customer,,, oh I you Welsh or English?? If you Welsh OK but if you English you pay 20p??im 100% Welsh and speak it and understand it and proud to and had no proplems with English or any nationality at all,, we all thought together in world war 2 to stop this hatred and assumptions about people that fuels more hatred and people to do it to cause a inferno of more hatred,, I treat all with respect and respect they nationality and religion no matter who they are,, dwi caru cymru,, I love Wales like English or any nationalty loves they country,,, as for Greg's employees,, you do a fantastic job all of you,, ps,, you won't charge me 20p if I'm in next time if sound English no only a joke as some people are just pathetic,, god bless u all Welsh, English,, aliens

Been in three Gregg's recently and the tables are alway s dirty. They always seem short staffed. The need to make sure the tables and floors are kept clean. Our last visit was on the A14.

The staff are rude, the food is awful, overpriced and you're charged to sit in to eat. You wouldn't mind paying to sit but when the interior is ugly they should waive this charge.
