Golden Mountain Chinese Take-away

This Chinese restaurant is truly exceptional. The food is of high quality, reasonably priced, and ready for pick up in a timely manner. The salt and pepper box is a great value and provides enough food for two or more people. It has everything you would expect from a rural Chinese restaurant and is delicious. I am always pleased with the food here and it's no surprise that it's a local favorite. My friends from Harlech even envy me when they find out I am ordering from here. The staff is incredibly friendly and the waiting area is charming, with wood paneling from floor to ceiling and various seating options. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

I usually don't write reviews, but this restaurant was terrible. Everything was inedible, and if I could have returned the food, I would have. It was a 50-minute drive for us as we were staying nearby, so please avoid this place. Trust me, you will be disappointed. I am now avoiding Chinese food altogether. The service, take out food, and atmosphere all received a score of 1 out of 5.

The staff were very welcoming, but upon returning home, I discovered that the mixed vegetable curry I ordered was actually filled with chicken. It was a disappointing evening as I was quite hungry. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 1, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5.

Excellent food, especially the chicken chop suey, and reasonably priced. Hot, fast and tasty, would recommend.
