Bidrage med feedbackI usually love the Up North but this year I just felt certain wait staff were way stressed out. When we asked for a table without a reservation, they couldn't accommodate us. We were fine with the bar, but it seemed like we had really disturbed her. At the bar, they got our order wrong and again, when we let them know (no stress, just said hey I think we ordered xxx instead), the reaction was as if we were being a total pain and didn't we realize they were busy. I think 2 things were evident: 1) more wait staff needed; 2) certain wait/host needs to lighten up ...a lot.
I had the ribeye steak. While the quality was ok the price was almost $50 for the steak. At best this was a 30 ish dollar steak. They took the prime rib off the menu and the only other steak on the menu is a sirloin(no thanks). Go to the Casa or the Texas Roadhouse if your looking for a steak. I will say that their ribs have always been very good.
This is a great restaurant that has fresh hot food and excellent service! Check it out.
A great place for slow and delicious food, good views, friendly service, and a cozy lodge atmosphere; just be sure to call the restaurant for a reservation as opposed to using Google.
Food was good but a little pricey,my problem was when asked about merchandise for sale employee seemed bothered to get items,we bought a long sleeve shirt,a hoodie and a flannel shirt,I didn't look at receipt after purchase,felt like we were being a bother to the lady Summer p was on receipt,we were charged $15 more for Flannel shirt than what was on tag,what bothers me the most was after I got home and checked,we were charged $28.60 for a tip,for buying merchandise,this doesn't make sense,not very good for your business,we will not be eating at your establishment again
