For a lunch with mantova friends, we, who arrived from Milan, chose this restaurant at the eastern end of the franciacorta, on advice of the slow food guide. day of the Brescian spit and we took advantage of it to eat the excellent pork that browns for hours, without infamy and without praise the chicken. the fabulous polenta and the discreet baked potatoes. before the skewer, we ate some memorable little boobys. closure with a good homemade dessert. excellent advice on the wine, strictly sparkling franciacorta, of a small winery present in the same village of gosago. definitely deserves the visit!
Dinner for the first time in this place. Interesting menu with special dishes. we have taken risotto with frittaglie di pecora delicious pecora stewed with polenta and goose with polenta good. for sweet a bitter chestnut tortino and good saffron cream. offered small spires with mint and nuts. wine reserves organic gosago and water. average high prices but correct for the quality of the courses. simple but friendly service nice and kind. we will definitely return to taste other dishes.
