Pinecrest Dining Room - Guntersville

Cold food wasn't cold. Hot food wasn't hot. Seafood buffet should be just that. For $27.00 it should have been better than it was. The buffet was prepackaged shrimp and stuffed crab with fried fish. Very disappointing.

We were there at 4:15. The buffet was horrible!! Not much to chose from and the Food was cold. We won't be eating there again.

Went with friend to the Lodge, the buffet was amazing with a good variety of foods to choose from. Do not miss the view of Lake Guntersville and the surroundings.

The server was hard working, polite, professional and attentive to what we needed. We tipped her well for her service. The buffet food was not cooked in a 4 star way. We had thin pork chops that looked like it came from a bag of pre-grilled frozen pork chops with some gravy and veggies that looked the same. The onion rings and hot dogs were good. The mashed potatoes looked and tasted like they were from a frozen bag of potatoes, as well. The salad greens were old and somewhat brown.

Got an olive oil label in my food on a Saturday buffet. Thankfully they took the buffet price off our ticket though. I give at least three stars because the staff was very nice and accommodating.
